Terms Of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid, registered radio callsign to create an account.

• Accounts created with invalid callsigns may be terminated without notice.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

• App services provided by Smart Logger are free to use for every user.

• Smart Logger may offer additional services in the future that require a subscription, however current features will always remain free

• We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to the Service for any reason, including but not limited to:

o Providing an invalid callsign during registration.

o Unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Software.

o Violation of these Terms.

• You are responsible for all content you upload or submit to the Service ("User Content").

• The Service and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of SmartLogger.app or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SmartLogger.app disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• SmartLogger.app shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SmartLogger.app regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service.

• You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
